The MONIN Cups are organized by our local importers in more than 57 countries for now. The purpose is to encourage young talented bartenders (27 YO maximum) to challenge themselves and to represent proudly their country during the International Final (next edition in 2018).
Every year, new MONIN Cups have been introduced. In 2016, special thanks went to our Italian importer, Velier, who organized its first MONIN Cup! On December the 12th, Lorenzo Burrone won over the jury members with its amazing cocktail « Heaven is for Seekers ». Similar to every MONIN Cup, Lorezo were evaluated by a technical and a sensorial jury.

1,5 cl MONIN Pure Cane Sugar syrup
0,5 cl MONIN Tonka Bean syrup (product available in EMEIA only)
5 cl aged rhum
3 cl red vermouth
3 cl lemon and orange juice centrifuged
All these initiatives give an opportunity to young bartenders to compete for the first time, to challenge their skills and to foster their passion for cocktails.
