Make your hot chocolates with MONIN products !

Le Frappé de MONIN or MONIN Sauces are perfect create gourmet hot chocolates.

MONIN sauces :
MONIN sauces will bring a delightful chocolate taste and a creamy texture to your drink.
 
Recipe base:  
Mix 30 ml of any of MONIN Dark Chocolate, Hazelnut Chocolate or White Chocolate sauce with 180 ml milk.
 
To make a flavoured hot chocolate, adjust the quantities by using 20 ml sauce and 15 ml MONIN syrup.
 
Our top 5 flavours are : Mojito Mint, Triple Sec Curaçao, Roasted Hazelnut, Gingerbread and Blackberry.
Le Fruit de MONIN Banana, Coconut, Red berries and Raspberry can also be used to flavour your hot chocolate.
And try out the liqueurs ! Flavours such as Dark or white Cacao , Triple Sec Curaçao, Orange Curacao, White Mint, Blackberries or Cherry Brandy are our favorites.
Last but not least, flavour your hot chocolate made with the White Chocolate sauce with MONIN Rose syrup for an outstanding Turkish delight !

Le Frappé de MONIN Chocolate
Le Frappé de MONIN will allow you to create cold and hot chocolates with a smooth chocolate taste. 

Mix gently 2 scoop Le Frappé de MONIN Chocolate with 250 ml hot and foamy milk.
Whisk milk with Le Frappé de MONIN Chocolate and steam it gently. To get a richer chocolate it is better to steam it at a lower temperature but for a longer time .
 
You can also flavour your hot chocolate by adding in the cup 20 ml of MONIN syrup of your choice or 15 ml Le Fruit de MONIN
Flavours that work with MONIN sauces will also work for with Le Frappé de MONIN Chocolate.
