20 ml Lemon Ginger Honey Syrup
Ingredients
1 sprig(s) rosemary
2 piece(s) orange peel
2 leaf(ves) basil
60 ml gin
100 ml soda water
Method
Stir gin and herbs to quickly extract aromas and add MONIN flavourings.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Top with tonic water.
Serve.
