40 ml light rum
10 leaf(ves) mint
4 wedge(s) lime
90 ml soda water
Method
Pour fruit into a glass and muddle with MONIN flavouring(s).
Fill glass with crushed ice.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir and serve with a straw.
