2 Twisted Irish Coffee

20 ml Praline Syrup
10 ml Cassis de Dijon Liqueur

Ingredients

fresh cream
100 ml brewed coffee
30 ml whiskey (Irish, american)

Method

Steam MONIN Cassis Liqueur and Irish Whiskey together into an Irsih Coffee glass.
Pour over brewed coffee.
Shake cream and MONIN Praline syrup together without ice.
Top gently.
Serve.
