Ingredients
20 ml cognac
20 ml grapefruit juice
sparkling wine
Method
Combine ingredients except soda / lemonade in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously.
Pour into a glass.
Top with soda / lemonade.
Serve.
