15 ml Elder Flower Syrup
Ingredients
1 anise star
10 ml lime juice
50 ml apple juice
top soda water
Method
Pour fruit into a glass and muddle with MONIN flavoring(s).
Fill glass with ice cubes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir and serve.
