Ingredients
20 ml lime juice
1 stick(s) lemongrass
top soda water
45 ml light rum
2 leaf(ves) mint
Method
Pour fruit into a glass and muddle with MONIN flavouring(s).
Fill glass with crushed ice.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir and serve with a straw.
