MONIN Lime Juice cordial is a mix of lime juice, lemon juice and sugar. It is made of 50% juice minimum. Being a cordial, MONIN Lime Juice cordial has a lower sugar content than a syrup and will be perfect to give an unique taste and balance to your classic cocktails such as Margarita, Maï-Taï and Gin Tonic.
